Developing the Original Work

We have just finished up the symposium and are now moving into a new grading period as well as new goals for the program. We are moving to trying to find a mentor as well as starting to outline our Original Works. For the mentor portion, I still have to write an email outline for my cold emails as well as write a cold phone call script. I will work on this tonight and in the near future. What is super important though is picking an original work. I am debating over took superb options. My first is to create a blueprint of how a galvanic cell may be used in industrial energy production. This option would be a good choice because I already have extensive research into the topic because of another class I'm taking called AP Research, my chosen topic just happens to be "How to industrialize galvanic cells in America". The other good option would be creating a LEAD building blueprint. This would be a lot simpler and I am taking a class called AP Environmental Science which has covered LEAD construction extensively. The only problem is that LEAD buildings, although associated with the environment, are very intertwined with architecture which I have no background in. I will have to make this choice in the very near future.
