Mentor and Interview Hunt:

I have been on an extencive search for interviews and mentors. I have recently hit a stump on finding interviews because of the little about of LEED specific engineers in my area. I have now relized that I must expand my horizons to a broader amount of people and was able to find more possible mentors and landed a few interviews! Today I have made multiple calls and little success but did find to interviews. One that will happen tommorow on the 16th and one that happened today! The one today was with Ms. Elena Feister, a Civil engineer and Land Development Manager from Green Berg & Farrow. She contracts and designs land for multiple agencies and develops the buildings from the ground up. Her company does civil, electrical, plumbing, architectural, and mechanical work. I learned a lot from her about the civil engineering industry and was very intrugued by her work and her commitments on a day to day business, you can read more in my 14th Assessment. I also landed an interview tommorow with an owner of a Solar Consultant business, Natalia carter. She created Your Solar Expert, which is a start-up focused on the Solar business world and consulting for homeowners and small businesses. I am very intruiged with her work and can't wait to have the interview!
