Just recently, I completed my research speech, this speech was 10 minutes long and covered everything I have done in the past semester. This was a very difficult thing to complete because it covered my research, my interviews, my original work, my mentor, and even the final product I would later produce. Some of the work I did was quite simple because I was able to copy some of my work, like my research and my original work, from my 5-minute speech we had last semester. By copying this, I already had some of my speech produced and written. The interviews were different. The interviews were done after my 5 minute speech so I had to find all of the information about my interviewees and what we talked about. To find things about them I went onto LinkedIn and found most of the pictures and their contact information. The information that we covered during the interview was taken from the research assessments I wrote about each interview. After this I had to write about my final product, even now I still am not sure what I will be doing for my final product. I am planning to do something based on solar panels because that is what my mentor is mostly focused on so I feel like it makes the most sense to follow in her footsteps.
